UPDATE - We are here for you when you need us! If you need the help of a GP, practice nurse or other health professional that works in our surgery, we are here for you. We are busier than we have ever been and we want you to know how to get the help you need from us. We have been open throughout the pandemic, offering telephone and online appointments, with face to face consultations available for those who need them. We have helped many thousands of patients each week, alongside planning and delivering the COVID-19 vaccination programme. For more details please click on 'Latest News' Quick Link!

  • At the present time we are only booking on the day appointments and these will be by telephone or video link
  • We are sorry but Online appointment booking is not available at the present time
  • If you need to cancel an appointment please reply CANCEL to your appointment text message reminder.

We are asking that patients only ring the surgery before 11:00 in the morning for appointments or Home Visit requests. All other matters should be left until after 11:00am so that patients requesting appointments can get through.

To see the doctor or nurse please make an appointment by telephone, by calling at the surgery or online via the link at the top of this page (registration required)

If you have an urgent medical problem we will always arrange for a member of the team to deal with the problem the same day, and the clinician you may see will be aware that your problem is not routine. For non-urgent conditions, you will be offered the first available routine appointment.

We offer extended hours appointments in the evening once a week and also a Saturday morning surgery every second Saturday. These surgeries are not available for same day emergency problems.

SMS Text Appointment Reminder Service

Please provide us with your mobile phone number so that you can benefit from our text reminder service for appointments.

Telephone Advice

The doctors and nurses are happy to give telephone advice, although it is not always possible to be put straight through if the doctor or nurse is dealing with another patient. Please leave a landline number if possible so that we can call you back.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
