Noticeboard

GP Services are busier than ever before! Delivering more appointments but in a different way. For an explanation please see Latest News on the right of the screen.

All the healthcare staff working in general practice are facing a big increase in demand for their services, so your patience is really appreciated.

Community Midwives

Our team of community midwives give care, supervision and advice during pregnancy and after delivery. During pregnancy parents get to know the midwives well, and as well as seeing you for routine antenatal checks, they also give advice about antenatal tests, healthy eating, exercise and baby feeding, in fact almost anything you might want to talk about!

Community Nurses

Community nurses provide assessment, nursing care, chronic disease management, palliative care and prevention of admission services for the housebound as arranged by your doctor or hospital.

Health Visitors

The health visitors are a great source of friendly help and advice on everything to do with child care. They are based at our main surgery and hold weekly baby clinics for weighing, advice and developmental checks. Please ask them for details. They can be contacted on 01707 264 136.
