All the healthcare staff working in general practice are facing a big increase in demand for their services, so your patience is really appreciated.


Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require an NHS travel vaccine you will need to complete a travel questionnaire (attached below) and return it to the surgery at least 6 weeks (ideally 8 weeks) before travel.  You can also collect a travel questionnaire from our reception team.

 Please be advised we only offer NHS travel vaccines which are: Hep A, Typhoid, Polio, Cholera and Tetanus.

If you require non NHS travel vaccines you will need to book via a travel clinic – see link

Once we receive your completed travel questionnaire the surgery will contact you to book an appointment with one of our nurses.

Please be reminded travel vaccine appointments are limited so please ensure you complete your questionnaire 6-8 weeks before you travel.
